Integrity: The Less You Use It, The More You Have

Integrity is defined as: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. the state of being whole and undivided Society today has an integrity deficit. Instead of trading in truths, bullshit and lies are the currency of the times. It doesn't matter if it's in relationships, in the workplace, or on the teevee. As a kid, we were taught to learn and obey them. There were rewards for following the rules and punishments for breaking them. The problem is, we get so caught up in the reward and punishment mindset that most of us don't ever learn what rules are good for us and which ones hold us back. Thus we end up with a society of mindless drones, going about their business day to day, working hard to stay quiet and in the middle of the herd. What a crappy life.
